# keenOly > Track how AI recommends your brand, compare competitors, and improve your visibility. Start with 10 free ChatGPT prompts. ## keenOly: the facts A plain summary of what keenOly is, what it measures, what each plan includes and what it costs, written for people and for AI assistants. Prices and credits come from the same source as the pricing on the keenOly homepage. ### What keenOly is and who it is for keenOly measures whether and how AI engines mention, describe, compare and recommend a brand, and which sources they cite to do it. It asks each engine the questions buyers ask, keeps every answer, and shows where the brand appears, where it does not, and which companies are named instead. It is for brands and their marketing teams, and for agencies that track several clients: an agency workspace groups projects by client and can send reports under its own name. Oly is the assistant inside keenOly. Oly answers questions about the account’s own data and can carry out a few actions after the person confirms. ### Software and managed GEO services keenOly is software the customer uses themselves, with a GEO team behind it. Each finding the product raises says who should handle it: - **Self serve**: the steps are given and the customer makes the change. - **GEO Services**: a person on the keenOly GEO team checks the change before it is made. - **Managed**: the keenOly GEO team does the work. ### Supported AI engines keenOly tracks six engines: ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overview, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini and Perplexity. On the free scan all six answer the same prompts, and the ChatGPT answers are readable; the other five unlock on a paid plan or for 50 earned credits. On a paid plan a project can track any of the six, and the plan’s credits decide how many prompts and engines it runs. ### Discovery, branded and comparison prompts A prompt that names the brand will always get the brand in the answer, so keenOly keeps the three kinds of prompt apart and measures each one differently. - **Discovery**: names neither the brand nor a competitor. It measures whether the brand is found: visibility (the share of answers that name it), share of voice and rank. - **Branded**: names the brand. It measures how the brand is described: sentiment, and whether the answer recommends it. - **Comparison**: names the brand and a tracked competitor. It measures whether the brand wins: won, lost, tied or conditional, and the factors the engine weighed. - **Related AI prompts**: the searches the engines ran on their own while answering. ### What the product does today - **Answers**: every answer from every engine, with the brands it named, the sentiment, the sources it cited and the searches it ran. - **Rankings by engine**: one leaderboard per engine, never blended. - **Companies Cited**: the competitors being tracked, and every other company the engines name. - **Sources and citations**: the pages engines cite or consult, and which of them cite competitors without naming the brand. - **Pages**: each page of the site with how often AI answers cite it, beside its Google clicks and visits. - **Actions**: findings grouped as citation, technical and content work, each with its importance and the steps to take; a finding marked done is measured afterwards. - **Technical audit and content auditor**: how readable the site is to AI engines, and how much of its copy reads as machine written. Paid plans can crawl the whole site. - **Content on Autopilot**: Oly suggests posts for the questions where the brand is missing, writes them in the brand’s voice, checks them, and can save them to WordPress as drafts or schedule them; posts are then tracked in Google and in AI answers. - **Google Analytics 4 and Search Console**: visits from AI assistants, search queries, and pages strong in Google but missing from AI answers. - **Shopping, places and media**: the product cards, places, videos and images engines show beside their answers, where they show them. - **Reports**: weekly and monthly reports, share links that work without an account, CSV exports and, on paid plans, an executive briefing deck. - **Teams**: owners, admins and members, with members limited to chosen projects if needed. - **Integrations**: Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and WordPress. ### How onboarding and analysis work - **Add the brand**: the website and the market (country and language). keenOly reads the site and drafts a summary, the category and likely competitors. - **Check the prompts**: keenOly writes discovery, branded and comparison prompts; the customer edits them, adds their own and names competitors. - **Run**: the engines answer the prompts. On the free scan the ChatGPT answers arrive first. - **Read and act**: the overview, the answers, the sources and the actions; Oly explains what changed. On a paid plan the project runs again daily, weekly or fortnightly. ### What the free scan includes No card is needed. - 10 prompts: 6 discovery, 2 branded and 2 comparison when competitors are named. - All six engines answer; the ChatGPT answers are readable, and the other five unlock on a paid plan or for 50 earned credits. - 10 questions to Oly. - A technical audit and a content audit, starting from the homepage; the whole site crawl is on paid plans. - A one time Google Analytics and Search Console snapshot of the last 60 days. - 1 post written by Oly. - One free scan per workspace, per person and per website. ### Plans, prices and credits | Plan | Monthly | Annual | Credits | Key limits | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Free | $0 | Not offered | 10 free ChatGPT prompts | One free scan: 10 prompts, with the ChatGPT answers readable; 10 questions to Oly; Audits read the homepage; Google Analytics and Search Console: a one time snapshot of the last 60 days; 1 post written by Oly, then 250 credits a post | | Lite | $49 / month | $490 / year | 2,500 credits a month; 30,000 credits a year | Daily, weekly or fortnightly tracking; Google Analytics and Search Console: 12 months, updated weekly; Whole site crawl for the technical and content audits; Up to 5 active findings shown, and the top 50 pages; 5 posts written by Oly a month; Executive briefing deck | | Growth | $149 / month | $1,490 / year | 10,000 credits a month; 120,000 credits a year | Daily, weekly or fortnightly tracking; Google Analytics and Search Console: 12 months, updated daily; Whole site crawl for the technical and content audits; Every finding, with history; 10 posts written by Oly a month; Executive briefing deck | | Elite | $299 / month | $2,990 / year | 25,000 credits a month; 300,000 credits a year | Daily, weekly or fortnightly tracking; Google Analytics and Search Console: 12 months, updated daily; Whole site crawl for the technical and content audits; Every finding, with history; 20 posts written by Oly a month; Executive briefing deck | - Prices are in US dollars. Annual plans cost the same as ten months. - One credit is one successful answer from one engine. A run costs the number of prompts multiplied by the number of engines; failed answers are not charged. The free scan is paid for by keenOly. - Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Annual plans receive their annual credits upfront. - Every paid plan includes unlimited projects, prompts, competitors and team members, and any of the six engines. The credits decide how much tracking runs. - There are no add on credit packs. Credits can also be earned by linking to keenOly, posting about it or referring a business; earned credits last six months. - For more than Elite covers, email hello@keenoly.com. ### What Oly does Oly answers questions about the account’s own tracked runs, such as why a number moved, which competitor is winning a prompt, what an engine said or which source to go after next, and links to the page with the figure. Oly works from the account’s data and says when a run was partial or an engine is locked. Oly can also propose actions: activating prompts, tracking a competitor, drafting a content brief and sending a request to the keenOly GEO team. Nothing happens until the person confirms. - **Free plan**: 10 questions in total. - **Paid plans**: no question limit while the plan is active, with a fair use limit of 60 questions an hour. ### How to request managed GEO support In the product, press Request GEO Services in the header, or Request GEO Services on a finding, and describe what is needed; the request goes to the keenOly GEO team and someone replies by email. Oly can prepare the same request in a chat. Without an account, email hello@keenoly.com. ### What the measurements can and cannot tell you - Engines answer the same question differently, so each engine is reported on its own and never averaged together. - Answers can change from one run to the next. Each run is a sample of what the engines said at that moment. - Results are for the market the project tracks (country and language); answers elsewhere can differ. - Visibility counts whether the brand is named, not where in the answer it appears. - Changes are compared only between runs with the same engines and prompts. A first run has nothing to compare against. - Failed answers are left out of every figure. Few answers on a prompt make its figures less certain. - Shopping cards and places appear only for some questions and markets. - keenOly measures and suggests. It does not guarantee rankings, recommendations, traffic or revenue, and a change after a fix is reported as a change, not as proof of cause. ### Contact and links - **Sales, questions, demos and GEO services**: hello@keenoly.com - **Support**: support@keenoly.com - [Sign in or start the free scan](https://app.keenoly.com) - [Disclaimer](https://www.keenoly.com/disclaimer) - [Privacy Policy](https://www.keenoly.com/privacy) - [Terms of Service](https://www.keenoly.com/terms) - [llms.txt](https://www.keenoly.com/llms.txt) - [llms-full.txt](https://www.keenoly.com/llms-full.txt) ## Oly, AI that https://www.keenoly.com/#top Oly asks the questions your buyers are asking and reads the answers, then shows you where you appear, where you don’t, who shows up instead, and which sources helped shape the result and how you can get ranked higher faster. ## You rank on Google. AI may still recommend someone else. https://www.keenoly.com/#why People are asking ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity what to buy, which company to use and which brand to trust. The answer is a shortlist, and it is the new search result. If competitors are on it and you are not, your rankings only tell part of the story. keenoly tells the rest: who is named, why, and what the engines read to decide. - People ask AI: Whole questions, in six different engines, not keywords in one. - Each engine picks a shortlist: A few brands are named, compared and recommended, and every engine does it differently. - It can be measured: Where you appear, where rivals win, which sources shaped it, and whether it moved since last run. ## Everything between the prompt and the recommendation. https://www.keenoly.com/#product Sixteen views of your AI visibility and the data around it, each answering one question, none of them blended into a single score. - Non-branded visibility: Discovery prompts never name you. How often do the answers name you anyway, and where do you rank against the brands they name instead? - Branded perception: Prompts that name your brand. Not whether you were mentioned, but whether the answer told the reader to choose you, and how it described you. - Competitive win rate: Head-to-head prompts against named rivals: won, lost, tied or conditional, and the decision factors the engines weighed. - Rankings by engine: One leaderboard per engine. Gemini and Perplexity rarely agree, and a single blended number would hide it. - Prompts and related AI prompts: Every question you track, plus the searches the engines ran to answer them and the questions they suggested next. - Sources and citations: The pages engines cite or consult, scored for influence, and which of them cite your competitors without naming you. - Findings: Each finding names the page or prompt, how important it is and why, and whether it is self-serve, worth an expert review, or one for our managed GEO team. - ChatGPT ads and shopping: Who is paying to appear beside ChatGPT's answers to your prompts, and which product cards it shows, by brand and by merchant. - Places and media: The locations, videos and images engines put beside their answers. Being named in the text and absent from the pictures is its own kind of invisible. - Technical and content audits: A GEO readiness score for your site with evidence on every finding, and a read on how much of your copy sounds AI-written. - Personas: Visibility by the buyer segment each prompt belongs to, weighted by share, so a brand cannot look healthy while invisible to the people who buy. - Reports and run history: Weekly and monthly reports with share links that work without an account, CSV exports, and every run kept exactly as it was scored. - Pages: Every page on your site, with how often AI answers cite it beside its Google clicks, conversions and health. See which pages earn answers and which only earn rankings. - Google Analytics and Search Console: Connect GA4 and Search Console to see the visits AI assistants send you, the queries you rank for, and the pages strong in Google but missing from AI answers. - Results after the fix: Mark a finding done and keenoly measures what changed: citations in AI answers, Google clicks and visits, against the site as a whole. - Executive briefing deck: A PPTX for your senior team in plain sentences, with speaker notes: the headline, the trend, who AI recommends instead, what moved, search and traffic, and the next steps. ## Not a score. The actual answers, per engine, per prompt. https://www.keenoly.com/#answers Each run stores what every engine said to every prompt: the text, the brands it named, the sentiment, the sources it cited and the searches it ran. Filter by engine, open any answer in place, and see exactly what a buyer saw. ## Ask your data a question. Get an answer, with a link. https://www.keenoly.com/#oly Oly is the assistant in the corner of every page. It answers from your own tracked runs: why a number moved, which competitor is winning a prompt, what an engine actually said, which source to go after next. Every figure comes from your data, never estimated, and every answer ends with the page to open. It also knows when an engine is locked on the free scan, when a run was partial, and when a drop is one bad run rather than a trend. ## From your website to AI visibility data in about a minute. https://www.keenoly.com/#how-it-works - Add your brand: Your website and your market. keenoly reads the site and works out what buyers ask AI about your category. - Check the prompts: Six discovery, two branded, two comparison prompts, written for you. Edit any, add your own, name competitors, assign personas. - Every engine answers: ChatGPT answers first, in about a minute, while you watch. The other five engines answer the same prompts in the background. - Read, ask, act: The Overview, the answers, the sources and the actions. Ask Oly what changed. On a plan, it runs again on your schedule. ## Three kinds of question, measured three ways. https://www.keenoly.com/#prompts A prompt that names your brand will always get your brand in the answer, so keenoly never mixes it with one that does not. Discovery prompts measure whether you are found. Branded prompts measure how you are described. Comparison prompts measure whether you win. Related AI prompts are the searches the engines ran on their own. ## Start free. Track more as you grow. https://www.keenoly.com/#pricing Every paid plan includes all six engines, unlimited projects, prompts and competitors, scheduled tracking, technical and content audits, Google Analytics and Search Console, and unlimited Oly. Credits decide how much tracking you can run. - Free - Lite - Growth - Elite ## Curious where your brand ranks? https://www.keenoly.com/#free-scan Ten prompts your buyers ask, answered by ChatGPT, every answer readable, in about a minute. Ten questions to Oly included. More engines and tracking over time unlock on a plan. ## Clear answers before your first scan. https://www.keenoly.com/#faq Start with ChatGPT for free. Upgrade when you want the other five engines and tracking that keeps running. - Which AI engines does keenoly track?: ChatGPT, Google AI Overview, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Copilot and Perplexity. Every answer comes from a real browser session, the same way a buyer would see it, not from an API. - What does the free scan include?: Ten prompts your buyers ask, answered by ChatGPT, every answer readable. The other five engines answer the same ten prompts at the same time; their answers are stored and unlock on a plan. Ten questions to Oly are included. No card. - What is a credit?: One credit is one successful answer from one engine. A run costs prompts multiplied by engines: ten prompts on six engines is sixty credits. Failed answers are never charged, and the free scan is on us. - What is Oly?: Oly is the assistant inside keenoly. Ask it anything about your data, from why a number moved to which competitor is winning a prompt, and it answers from your own tracked runs with a link to the page. The free scan includes 10 questions; every paid plan includes unlimited questions. - How does keenoly choose prompts?: From your site and your market. keenoly reads your site, works out what buyers ask AI about your category, and writes discovery, branded and comparison prompts. You check them, change any, add your own, and assign them to buyer personas. - Can I track competitors?: Yes. Named competitors are scored on the same prompts as your brand, with head-to-head prompts and the decision factors the engines weighed. Brands the engines name that you do not track are listed too. - Do unused credits roll over?: No. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Annual plans receive their annual credits upfront. Earned credits, from linking to us or referring a business, do not expire with a period. - Can I buy extra credits?: No. There are no add-on credit packs. If you need more tracking, move to the next plan, or earn credits by linking to keenoly, posting about it, or referring a business. - Is this the same as SEO?: No. SEO measures visibility in traditional search results. keenoly measures whether and how AI engines mention, describe, compare and recommend brands inside generated answers, and what they cite to do it. ## Find out how to rank higher in AI. https://www.keenoly.com/#start Your first 10 ChatGPT prompts are free. ## Disclaimer https://www.keenoly.com/disclaimer Last updated 2026-10-08 WEBSITE DISCLAIMER The information provided by Data Panda Inc. We may retrieve the list of Analytics properties and Search Console sites available to your account so you can select the ones to connect. After selection, reports are retrieved from the properties and sites you choose for a project. Analytics reports can include sessions, landing pages, channels, sources and key events. Search Console reports can include clicks, impressions, average position, pages, queries and devices. Our current reporting permissions are analytics.readonly and webmasters.readonly. These integrations do not change your Analytics property or Search Console site. How this data is used Connected Google data helps you understand traffic from AI assistants and Google Search, the pages visitors reach, relevant conversions and changes in performance. Results appear in your project dashboards, reports and Oly's answers. Access by team members or report recipients depends on the access or sharing you authorize. With your consent, relevant information may be processed by contracted AI service providers solely to produce the analysis you request. Their role and the limits on this processing are described in Sections 5 and 7. Restrictions on use Connected Google data is not sold, supplied to data brokers, used for advertising or retargeting, or used to train or improve general AI or machine learning models. These restrictions also cover aggregated, anonymized and derived information. Any permitted processing by service providers must support the feature you request, remain within the permissions and consent provided, and comply with Google's applicable requirements. Human access is restricted to access you affirmatively authorize, necessary security investigations, legally required access, or other use permitted by Google's rules. Staff access for support or managed services is described in Section 6. Transfers associated with a business transaction are subject to Google's requirements, including obtaining explicit prior consent where required. keenOly's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Disconnecting and deleting data Google authorization tokens are stored encrypted and access is limited to authorized systems and personnel. You can disconnect Google in your project settings to stop further collection. You can also revoke keenOly's permissions through your Google Account's third-party connection settings. Disconnecting a service and deleting information previously imported from it are separate actions. Deleting a project in keenOly deletes its associated data, including imported Google data, and stops further collection for that project. You can also request deletion by emailing hello@keenoly.com. Section 9 explains retention and deletion. 5. Oly and AI processing Oly and other AI features analyze information relevant to your project to explain results, answer questions and suggest actions or content. Where a requested AI feature uses a contracted AI service provider, relevant information may be sent to that provider to generate the response or analysis. Depending on the feature, this can include your prompt, relevant project information, website content and selected performance figures. For connected Google data, this processing requires your consent and is limited to the feature you request. We limit information supplied to providers to what is needed for the requested task. We do not use or permit providers to use connected Google data to train or improve general AI or machine learning models, or for advertising or retargeting. Connected Google data remains subject to Section 4. If you do not want particular information used in an AI interaction, do not include it in your prompt. You may also disconnect a relevant integration or contact us to discuss available choices. Existing information is handled according to Section 9. 6. Teams, reports and managed services Project information may be available to team members, agencies or other recipients you authorize through account access, report sharing or a service engagement. When you ask us to provide support or managed services that involve reviewing connected Google data, we obtain your affirmative authorization for that access. Access is limited to the people and information needed for the agreed purpose. You control whom you invite or authorize and should consider what a report contains before sharing it. Information already downloaded or copied by an authorized recipient may remain with that recipient after you withdraw access. 7. Service providers and other disclosures keenOly provides the platform and related services to our customers. To operate those services, we use contracted service providers to perform supporting functions such as: Hosting, databases and storage. Account authentication and access management. Payment processing. AI analysis and response generation. Email delivery, support and service communications. Security, diagnostics and website analytics. Providers may process only the information necessary to perform their function on our behalf, subject to applicable contractual and data protection requirements. Stripe's role in payment processing is described in Section 2. Where a contracted AI service provider receives connected Google data for Oly, it processes the relevant data solely to generate the response or analysis you request, with your consent. Providers are not permitted to sell that data, use it for advertising or retargeting, or use it to train or improve general AI or machine learning models. These limits apply to the original data and to information aggregated, anonymized or derived from it. You can contact hello@keenoly.com for information about the service providers involved in processing your information. We may disclose information when necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, protect rights and security, or investigate fraud or misuse. Information may also be disclosed in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law and the additional Google data restrictions in Section 4. We may share information with another party when you request or authorize that disclosure. General references to providers, business transactions or authorized sharing do not permit a use of connected Google data prohibited by Section 4. 8. Cookies, analytics and advertising We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure our website and platform, support account access, remember preferences and understand website usage. These technologies may process technical and usage information such as browser and device details, pages visited and interactions with the website. Where we use optional analytics or advertising technologies, we use them in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Such technologies may disclose website-visit information to the providers operating them. Where consent is required, we obtain it before activating the relevant technology, and you can withdraw that consent. You can use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may affect sign-in or other functions. To ask about the technologies used on our website, withdraw consent or exercise an applicable privacy opt-out, email hello@keenoly.com. Website analytics and advertising technologies are separate from customers' connected Analytics and Search Console data. Connected Google data is not used to populate advertising audiences, target advertisements or support retargeting. Where applicable law requires us to recognize an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, we process that signal in accordance with those requirements. 9. Retention and deletion We retain information for the purposes described in this policy and for applicable operational, contractual and legal requirements. Retention depends on the information involved. Account and project information supports your active use of the service. Security logs support investigations and system protection. Billing and transaction records may need to be retained for tax, accounting or other legal obligations. Project information, including imported Google Analytics and Search Console data, is retained while the project remains active to provide its reporting history and features. When you delete a project in keenOly, we delete its associated data from the platform, including project settings, collected results, imported Google data and project-specific analysis. Deletion also stops further data collection for that project. Disconnecting Google stops further collection but does not by itself delete previously imported data. To remove that information, delete the project or request deletion by emailing hello@keenoly.com. Project deletion also deletes any backup copies of the associated project data held by keenOly. Project deletion does not delete the original information held in your own Google Analytics or Search Console account. Copies you exported or shared with an authorized recipient are outside keenOly's control. Any information retained because of a legal obligation is limited to the relevant requirement and is not retained for unrelated purposes. Retention of billing records does not automatically justify keeping imported Google data. 10. Security We use organizational and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse and disclosure. These include access controls, encrypted communications and protection of Google authorization tokens. Access is limited according to role and operational need. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact hello@keenoly.com. 11. International processing Data Panda Inc. is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our authorized service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws from your country. Where required, we use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards for international transfers. You can contact hello@keenoly.com for information about relevant processing locations and transfer safeguards. 12. Legal bases for processing Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information on the basis of: Performing a contract with you or taking steps at your request before entering one. Consent, where required for a particular activity. Legitimate interests, where permitted and balanced against your rights, such as operating and securing the service or communicating with business customers. Compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal and may affect the availability of a feature that depends on that consent. 13. Privacy rights and requests Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to: Learn what personal information we process and how it is used or disclosed. TERM AND TERMINATION These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS OF USE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS OF USE OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SITE OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AND ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION. If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress. 18. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site. We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Site, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Site at any time or for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Site during any downtime or discontinuance of the Site. Nothing in these Terms of Use will be construed to obligate us to maintain and support the Site or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith. 19. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Use and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Informal Negotiations To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms of Use (each "Dispute" and collectively, the “Disputes”) brought by either you or us (individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least ninety (90) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party. Binding Arbitration If the Parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute (except those Disputes expressly excluded below) will be finally and exclusively resolved through binding arbitration. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WITHOUT THIS PROVISION, YOU WOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A JURY TRIAL. The arbitration shall be commenced and conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") and, where appropriate, the AAA’s Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes ("AAA Consumer Rules"), both of which are available at the AAA website: www.adr.org. Your arbitration fees and your share of arbitrator compensation shall be governed by the AAA Consumer Rules and, where appropriate, limited by the AAA Consumer Rules. The arbitration may be conducted in person, through the submission of documents, by phone, or online. The arbitrator will make a decision in writing, but need not provide a statement of reasons unless requested by either Party. The arbitrator must follow applicable law, and any award may be challenged if the arbitrator fails to do so. Except where otherwise required by the applicable AAA rules or applicable law, the arbitration will take place in USA, Delaware. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Parties may litigate in court to compel arbitration, stay proceedings pending arbitration, or to confirm, modify, vacate, or enter judgment on the award entered by the arbitrator. If for any reason, a Dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, the Dispute shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and the Parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction, and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts. Application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act (UCITA) is excluded from these Terms of Use. In no event shall any Dispute brought by either Party related in any way to the Site be commenced more than one (1) years after the cause of action arose. The right audit shows where your brand drops out, which prompts expose the gap, and what on your site needs clearer wording or better coverage. Search rankings do not explain why ChatGPT or other AI tools keep naming somebody else. For that, you need an **ai brand visibility audit**. It looks at a different problem. Not, can people find your page in search. But, when a buyer asks an AI for options, comparisons, or recommendations, does your brand come up at all, and is it described the way you would want? That is the split. Search can send traffic to a page. AI can skip the page and go straight to an answer. If your brand is missing there, a normal SEO audit can look fine while the real problem stays hidden. ## What this audit needs to check This audit should show where your brand drops out of the answer, and why. A rank report will not do that on its own. You need to test the prompts buyers actually use, review the wording on your site, and see whether your pages make your product easy to identify. Start with prompts. Not one or two easy ones. The set has to reflect how buyers talk when they are early, midway through research, and close to a decision. Some prompts are blunt. Best tools for this job. Alternatives to a known brand. Others are more roundabout. How do we track AI mentions. Which platform helps an agency monitor client visibility in AI answers. Same need, different wording. Then look at source visibility. AI answers can be shaped by many public sources and by how clearly your own site explains the brand. Your site matters a lot, but so does the way your brand shows up across the wider web. If the clearest public explanation of your category comes from another company, that company has an edge. The next piece is brand clarity on the site itself. Can a model tell, quickly, what you do, who you serve, and what makes you different. Many sites hide this under soft headlines, vague claims, and feature copy that never gets to the point. A person may work it out after a few clicks. An AI answer often will not. Last, check proof and structure. Pages that say things plainly are easier to use. So are pages with clear headings, direct descriptions, and enough detail to support the claim. If everything stays abstract, you give the model very little to repeat back. ## Why search success does not carry over This is the part that catches teams off guard. They look at strong organic performance and expect the same result in AI answers. Then the prompts come back with a rival name, or no brand mention at all. That happens because search and AI are doing different jobs. Search gives a list. AI compresses the list into a short answer. In that compression step, many brands disappear. A page that ranks can still be hard to summarize. A site with good traffic can still be fuzzy about who it is for. Those gaps matter more in AI than they do in a blue link result. An audit should be able to surface plain problems like these: - Your site ranks for broad terms, but never says the buyer problem in simple language. - Core pages talk about features first and fit second. - Comparison intent is missing from the site, so AI fills the gap with somebody else's framing. - Your brand shows up in some places online, but the wording changes too much from source to source. - Important pages make claims, but do not give enough substance for an answer engine to reuse. That is why a standard SEO review often misses the issue. It can tell you the pages are indexed, fast enough, and ranking decently. It cannot tell you why an answer engine keeps passing over your brand. ## The prompts that reveal the gap Prompt design is where a lot of audits go soft. If the test set is too narrow, the conclusions will be too. A real audit needs prompts that match the actual ways a buyer explores a category. Some buyers ask straight category questions. Some ask for alternatives to a known tool. Some describe a workflow problem and never mention software at all. Some speak like an in house marketer. Some sound like an agency owner with several clients to watch. If you do not test that spread, you do not yet know your AI presence. This matters for teams trying to **analyze ai presence** with any seriousness. A brand can appear in direct category prompts and vanish in use case prompts. Or the reverse. One pattern points to a messaging problem. Another points to weak coverage on the site. The audit should separate those cases instead of blending them into one score. This is also where a direct comparison can help. You do not need a giant competitor set to learn something useful. Sometimes one rival is enough. If Profound keeps showing up in prompt families where your brand does not, the next step is not to guess. It is to inspect the language, page coverage, and public descriptions that may be giving it that advantage. ## What the findings should look like The findings need to be concrete. If the report says only that mentions are low, you still do not know what to fix. The useful part is seeing the pattern behind the miss. One common finding is category blur. The site talks around the category and never says, in plain words, what kind of product this is. Another is prompt mismatch. The brand appears for branded or bottom funnel queries, then disappears when the wording gets broader or more practical. Another is weak evidence. The site makes the promise, but the pages do not give enough specifics for AI to repeat that promise with confidence. You may also find that your brand is mentioned, but badly. The tool gets named, then described in a way that is too broad, partly wrong, or focused on the wrong use case. That still belongs in the audit. A weak mention is not much better than no mention if buyers leave with the wrong picture. That is why teams looking at keenOly preview type workflows should care less about a headline score and more about the path from prompt to explanation. You want to see the prompt, the output, the pattern across prompts, and then the likely reason your brand is underrepresented. ## What to change after the audit Most findings lead to a small set of edits, but the edits need to be tied to the problem you found. If your home page never clearly says what category you are in, fix that first. If your product page lists features but never says who the product is for, add that. If buyers ask comparison style questions and your site has nothing that helps answer them, that gap will keep showing up in AI results. This is where teams start to **optimize ai mentions** in a real way. Not by chasing tricks, but by making the brand easier to understand and easier to cite. Pages written for search clicks alone often need work here. They may be long, indirect, or too polished to say anything clearly. For teams reviewing **geo software for audits**, the main test is simple. Does the product help you move from output to action. Can you see where you are missing, which prompts expose it, and which pages are the likely cause. If not, it may be good at reporting but weak at diagnosis. A sample view helps with that. It lets you judge whether the workflow shows just a result, or a result with enough context to act on. ## How to tell if the audit is good enough A weak audit gives you a big trend line and broad advice. A strong one gives you a map. Where your brand appears. Where it drops out. What kind of prompts trigger each pattern. Which site pages are helping, and which ones are leaving too much unsaid. It also needs to be repeatable. AI outputs change. Your content changes. The wording buyers use changes. So the audit cannot be a one off document that goes stale the moment it is exported. It has to be something a team can revisit and compare over time. That is the standard to use if you are sorting through platforms in this space. The tool should help you test realistic prompts, inspect mentions and recommendations, and connect the results back to pages you control. That is the practical job. KeenOly fits into that kind of evaluation because the need itself is straightforward. Teams want to know if AI answers recommend them, skip them, or describe them poorly, and they want to know what to change next. Search can look healthy. Traffic can be fine. Yet AI answers can still leave you out. That is the gap this kind of audit is meant to expose. If you want to see what that workflow can look like before setting up your own process, you can review a shared example view or start a new project setup. The point is simple. To fix missing AI mentions, you need an audit that shows the gap in plain terms and ties it back to what your site is, and is not, telling the model. ## Uncover AI Recommendations for Your Brand https://www.keenoly.com/blog/uncover-ai-recommendations-for-your-brand Published 2026-10-20 If you need to see why AI mentions your company, skip it, or choose a rival, keenOly explains how to get ranked higher and faster. To find AI recommendations for brands, you need to see the actual answer an assistant gave, the prompt that led to it, and the brands named in that reply. Anything less leaves too much out. A chart that says your visibility is up or down is fine as a headline. It does not tell a marketing team why ChatGPT named a competitor, or why Perplexity left your company out. ## What you need the tool to show The first test is simple. Can you read the exact prompt and the full response. That is the difference between useful and vague. A score on its own will not help much in a content meeting. The team needs to see the wording a buyer might use, what the assistant said back, and where your brand landed in that answer, if it landed there at all. Small wording shifts matter here. "Best SEO tools" is broad. "Alternatives to ahrefs" is tighter and closer to a buying decision. "What software tracks brand mentions in ChatGPT" points to a different need again. If a platform rolls all of that into one topic label, you lose the part that explains the result. ## Prompt level tracking matters more than a score This is why prompt level tracking matters so much. You are trying to learn which prompts bring your brand into the answer, which ones surface someone else, and which ones skip you. That is what makes the data useful for geo, aeo, and content work. Without the prompt, you are left guessing. The better tools preserve the exact query instead of smoothing it into a broad category. That matters because buyer intent lives in the wording. A person asking for "best tools" is at a different stage from a person asking for "an alternative to semrush" or "software that shows who ChatGPT recommends." Those are not the same opportunity. ## What good software actually does The job is straightforward. It checks real prompts in AI assistants, stores the answers, picks out the brands that were recommended, and keeps a record so you can see what changed later. In practice, the useful view is usually pretty plain. You want the prompt. You want the full answer. You want to know which assistant produced it. You want the named brands, including the cases where your company is missing. And you want to compare one check with the next, because these answers move. That last part gets overlooked. Assistant responses are not fixed. A brand can show up this week and disappear the next. The order can change. A citation can change. If the tool only gives you a one time snapshot, it is hard to spot a pattern. ## This is not ordinary brand monitoring A lot of teams start with software built for a different job. Standard brand monitoring looks for mentions on websites, news pages, reviews, forums, or social platforms. That can help with PR and reputation work. It does not tell you whether ChatGPT recommended your company when someone asked for the best tool in your category. That is the gap buyers are trying to close. They need software that inspects generated answers, not just pages on the open web. That is what people usually mean when they talk about tracking ai mentions software in this context. ## The real use case is competitor comparison Most teams are not trying to count mentions for the sake of it. They want to know who gets named when a buyer asks for help. That is where competitor analysis with ai becomes useful. If a prompt asks for an SEO platform and the answer names Semrush, that tells you something. If a similar prompt names your brand instead, that tells you something too. The value is in seeing those outcomes side by side. This is also where ordinary SEO platforms stop being the right tool for the job. Ahrefs and Semrush are well known products for search marketing work. They are not built to show, prompt by prompt, how assistants like ChatGPT or Perplexity recommend one company over another. If your team wants to understand chatgpt ranking and brand visibility inside AI answers, you need software designed around that output. ## How to compare tools without guessing Several names come up in this category. Otterly AI is one of them. So are Profound, Peec AI, AthenaHQ, Goodie, and Scrunch AI. The cleanest way to compare any of them is to ignore broad claims and inspect the evidence each one gives you. Look for a few basics. Can you see the exact prompt. Can you read the full answer. Can you tell when your company was omitted, not just when it was included. Can you compare assistants without pulling everything into a spreadsheet first. Those details matter because they are what your team will actually use. A useful platform should help you point to a real answer and say, this is the prompt where we keep losing, this is the competitor showing up, and this is the page on our site that probably needs work. ## Where keenOly fits Based on its own pages, keenOly is focused on AI visibility. Its site says it helps brands track and grow their presence in ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, and Google AI Mode. That is specific to the problem here, which is seeing how assistants talk about your brand and your competitors. The material provided for this post does not include a full product breakdown, so it would be wrong to fill in missing detail. The practical test is still clear enough. If you are looking at keenOly, check whether the product gives you prompt level visibility, side by side brand comparisons, and a history of how answers change over time. If you want to inspect the way the platform presents itself, there is a preview page, a sample report, and a shared example. If you are already evaluating it with a team, the signin page may also be relevant. ## What to use for this job Use software built to inspect AI assistant answers. That is the short answer. The right kind of tool tracks specific prompts in systems like ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, and Google AI Mode. It lets you see the wording, the reply, the brands that made the cut, and the times your company did not. For teams working on best tools for brand visibility, that is the view that turns a fuzzy concern into something you can act on. KeenOly is one option in that category, and the right choice depends on how well it shows those details compared with the other tools you are considering.
